Description

SECTION A - CONTRACT REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Amarillo VA Health Care System requires Medication Carts with incidental installation. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, effective 11/06/2017. The solicitation number is 36C25718Q0200, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) in accordance with FAR 19. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 339113, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees is being used. Delivery is required within ninety (90) days ARO (After Receipt of Order). This combined synopsis/solicitation is not to be construed as a commitment by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR 13, and subject to the provisions and clauses listed in the formal VA solicitation format as follows.
