Description
This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1680 HARNESS, AIRCRAFT SAFETY, SHOULDER. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1680-015729424. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1680-015729424 HARNESS, AIRCRAFT SAFETY, SHOULDER Estimated Annual Demand Qty-149 each Minimum Order Quantity - 37 each Maximum Order Quantity - 149 each Maximum Contract Quantity - 1145 each IAW Drawing NR 30003 1979AS1300 Revision NR E Dated 10/28/2010 P/N: 1979AS1300 This Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply. Qualified Producer List (QPL) 6645 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application and Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Export Control and Shelf Life Restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT), Textile Testing, and Production Lot Testing (PLT) applies as well. Delivery is 90 days for the Textile Sample, 35 days for Textile Testing and Evaluation, 180 days for the First Article Sample, 35 days for Testing and Evaluation, 330 days for the Production Quantity/PLT, 35 days for the Lot Test and Evaluation, and 15 days for then Unit Requested Delivery. The Total Required Delivery is 720 days. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
