- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:TX City:Houston Delineated Area:North by Cypress Creek Pkwy East by I-69 South by Little York Rd West by I-45 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):463 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):463 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):1 Parking Spaces (Surface):1 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):1 Full Term:15 Firm Term:10 Option Term:0 Additional Requirements:None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expression of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: •Building name, address, and location of the available space within the building •Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF, fully serviced •ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any •Date of space availability •Building ownership information •Amount of parking available on-site and its' cost.
