- SF 1449 - RFQ The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for Meeting Space, Meals and Lodging to support the 935th ASB EN Pre-Mobilization Yellow Ribbon Event to be held in Rapid City, SD. Number of personnel is estimated and may change. Contractor shall coordinate with the SDARNG Point of Contact (POC) one week prior to event. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation for affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. Applicable NAICS 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels.
