- Amendment 0001 AMENDMENT 0001 IS ISSUED TO EXTEND THE OFFER DUE DATE. THE DUE DATE IS EXTENDED FROM 21 DECEMBER 2017 TO 19 JANUARY 2018 BY 12:00 PM (NOON) PACIFIC TIME. (NOTIFIED 21NOV17) The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Gate Attendant Services needed at the Schwarz Campground. This solicitation will be offered to small businesses under NAICS 721211. Schwarz Campground is located in Western Oregon at Dorena Lake, approximately 8 miles from the town of Cottage Grove, Oregon. Duties the Contractor shall provide are operation of the campground entrance booth, operate the reservation system, collection of campground fees, posting notices, and routine surveillance of the campgrounds. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Services. For further information, please refer to the Performance Work Statement within the solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding One (1) Firm-Fixed Price - Services contract for a Base Year Period and Two (2) One Year Option Periods. The Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to be: CLIN 0001 Base Year - POP 8 Jan 18 - 7 Jan 19 CLIN 1001 1st Option Year - POP 8 Jan 19 - 7 Jan 20 CLIN 2001 2nd Option Year - POP 8 Jan 20 - 7 Jan 21 Reference the Instructions to Offeror within the solicitation.
