- Request for Quotation Cuba Ranger District Office Janitorial Services FY 18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ number 12837918Q003. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside with an associated NAICS code of 561720 and small business size standard of $18 million. This requirement is to provide Janitorial Services for the Santa Fe National Forest, Cuba Ranger District Office located at 04B County Rd 11 and at the Field Office on West Ranger Lane, Cuba, NM 87013. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, with a starting date of February 01, 2018. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition, offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Quotes must be received by January 10, 2018 at 04:30 P.M. Mountain Time at the Cibola National Forest Supervisor's Office, Attn: Kristin Pearce, 2113 Osuna Road NE Albuquerque, NM 87113-1001. Quotes may also be mailed to kpearce@fs.fed.us. No faxes will be accepted.
