- The purpose of this amendment is to update the required items requested for this procurement. **In additional to being able to provide the requested CLIN items, the vendor must be an authorized distributor The College of American Pathologists (CAP) or have access to Accreditation services of CAP. The vendor must be able to provide the Memphis VA Medical Center with Accreditation services for the Lab at Memphis VA Medical Center.*** All interested vendors must be able to provide the CLINS and the Accreditation for Memphis VAMC. Sources Sought updated closing date 12/20/2017 at 6:00pm EST.
