- DRAFT Statement of Work SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MK176 MOD 0 BATTERY POWER SUPPLIES Reference N61331-18-SN-Q04 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting capability statements from potential sources to provide MK176 MOD 0 Battery Power Supplies. The items must meet the requirements of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) drawings. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 110 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. This requirement contains distribution-limited drawings subject to the Arms Export Control Act (title 22, U.S.C. Sec 2751, et seq) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50, U.S.C., app 2401 et seq. This is a request for information (RFI) and not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately at a later time. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. The Government will not provide any compensation for any information provided as a result of this announcement. Contact with Government personnel, other than the Points of Contact (POC) listed herein, by potential offerors or their employees regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited. There is no incumbent for this effort. Requirement: The DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for the MK176 Battery Supplies is included with this Sources Sought Announcement and specifies the technical requirements. The Navy invites both large and small businesses to respond to this Sources Sought announcement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 335999. Interested small business concerns that are certified and qualified as a small business under NAICS 335999, and registered in Sam.gov under NAICS 335999 shall provide evidence that the company can provide the required services. Responses shall be submitted electronically in Portable Document File (PDF) format, and be limited to 20 pages to the Contract Specialist, Tiphanie Spradlin via email at Tiphanie.spradlin@navy.mil by 4:00 CST on 8 January 2018. Responses must include the following: (1) Describe capability of performance as related to DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS); (2) Provide name and address of firm; (3) Indicate size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and status: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8 (a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran- Owned and/or Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business; (4) Represent ownership including Country of Ownership, System for Award Management (SAM) information, and DUNS Number if available; (5) Include number of years in business; and (6) Provide two points of contact including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address. (7) If collaborating with another company, describe capability of performance of partner company or business attributes desired to ensure the partner company is capable of performance. There is no specific format or outline submittals that one must follow. Summaries should be no longer than 20 pages in length. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. RESPONDENTS WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF THE RESULTS OF THE EVALUATION. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CLOSES ON 8 JANUARY 2018 AT 4:00 PM CST.
