- The U.S. Government currently occupies 18,542 ABOA/ 21,376 rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related use space located at 2203 N. Lois Ave, 5th Floor, Tampa, FL 33607-2370, under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a three (3) year lease extension at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supported, including relocation and uplifting costs. All service, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
