- Description
- This Solicitation is restricted to Oshkosh Defense, LLC. (CAGE: 75Q65) pursuant to FAR 6.302-4(b)(1). The resultant contract will procure Field Service Representative (FSR) support, Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), for the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTTs) for the Government of Egypt in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case EG-B-VBF. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract.The FSR will aide in improving and maintaining the M978A4 HEMTT Tankers located in Alexandria and Cairo Egypt to a not less than 80% Fully Mission Capable (FMC) status. These services will include: technical assistance, technical guidance, in accordance with (IAW) the appropriate Technical Manuals (TM), failure analysis, technical guidance with the procurement of parts (if required), coordination of warranty repairs, and formal/informal on-the-job training to English-speaking Egyptian maintenance personnel.
