- SPE4A518R0298_SYNOPSIS TITLE: 2840; Vane, Compressor, Air, Aircraft, TF33; WSIC: N PR: 0071274153, ISSUE DATE: 19DEC17; CLOSING DATE: 28DEC17 NSN: 2840-00-768-2112; PR: 0071274153; Vane, Compressor, Air; P/N: 360157. The item intended source is United Technologies Corp, (CAGE 52661) DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to United Technologies Corp, (CAGE 52661). Any manufacturer, other than United Technologies Corp, (CAGE 52661) wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 755 each. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA); however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. This is a Critical Application item. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: BLDG Mission Door 113/134, New Cumberland, PA 17070. Production delivery will be 682 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 19 December 2017 with a closing date of 28 December 2017. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000, certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for an award. I f time does not permit evaluation of SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements. T he final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
