P8 Fully Burdened Labor Rates P7 Cost Summary Spreadsheet (Subcontractor) P6 Cost Summary Spreadsheet (Prime) P5 Labor hours P4 Streamlined Rating For Order Pricing P3 Base Access Request Form N00421-15-R-0002 RFP Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to provide Amendment 0001 to N00421-15-R-0002. This Amendment provides answers and applicable changes based on questions received from industry in response to the solicitation released on 30 November 2017. A list of the questions and their answers can be found in section A of Amendment 0001. The Proposal date has not been extended as a result of this Amendment. All Offerors must acknowledge receipt of amendments to this solicitation either by initialing and returning a copy of the SF-30 with their proposal or by acknowledging receipt and consideration of the Amendments in the cover letter to their proposal. Amendment 0001 is provided which reflects all revisions to the RFP.
