- AMENDMENT 0001 AMENDMENT 0001 POSTED 12/19/2017 ********************************************************************************************************* THIS SOLICITATION - 70Z08218BPMV04300 REPLACES SOLICITATION - 70Z082-18-B-PMV312. ****************************************************************************************************************** This project is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to construction of a concrete slab on grade of approximately 4,000 sq. ft., installation of steel buoy racks and platforms, installation of guardrail, and all required demolition, excavation, backfill and compaction for a complete job at the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Wedge, Demopolis, Alabama. The work includes but not limited to the following: Electrical Systems: USCG Cutter Wedge site electrical service from the utility company at 480Y/277 volts, three –phase, four-wire, grounded wye currently feeds both the building and the Cutter Wedge., AT&T Relocate Aerial Facilities to include relocation of communication lines, relocation of overhead power, and Structural Systems work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work. The performance period will be 90 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2012 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $36.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
