- Applicable Full Text FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses Catered Meals Requirements Statement (Statement of Work) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-18-Q-3004, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, effective 06 Nov 2017. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). The NAICS code is 311991 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Basis for award is Price. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Contractor shall provide catered meals during the period of 3-9 January 2018 in building S55 on the Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center post located at 7105 NW 70th Avenue, Johnston, Iowa, 50131, in accordance with Attachment #1, Catered Meal Requirements Statement. Contract line item numbers (CLINs) and quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001, Dinner Meals, Dates: 3-8 January 2018, Quantity/ Unit of Issue: 1,334 each (each = meal) CLIN 0002, Breakfast Meals, Dates: 4-9 January 2018, Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1,334 each (each = meal) Quote prices shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and inclusive of all labor, materials, and associated services required to provide the meals as described within the Catered Meal Requirements Statement. NOTE: The Iowa Army National Guard is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax.
