- This is the annual synopsis of Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-13-G-005D with Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC), cage 072E5 for the repair of items in support of the F/A-18, P3, AV8, and Common Avionics. The following list of items includes the top six items to be included. A complete listing of all items is available upon request. 1. Power Supply; P/N: 125AS1000, NSN: 6130-00-409-2948, for a total of 25 each. 2. Towed Body-Magnetic; P/N: 715410-8, NSN: 5895-01-164-4202, for a total of 40 each. 3. Oscillator, Noncryst; P/N: 1342AS220, NSN: 5955-01-369-2133, for a total of 5 each. 4. Antenna; P/N: 3525036-110, NSN: 5985-01-373-0232, for a total of 10 each. 5. Monitor; Flat Panel, P/N: 440HN300-1, NSN: 7025-01-484-8950, for a total of 40 each. 6. Analyzer, Electrical; P/N: 1085AS120-1, NSN: 6625-01-130-1392, for a total of 10 each. RTSC, (072E5), located in Indianapolis, IN, is the only approved repair source. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. Therefore, this item is sole source to RTSC, (072E5). Even though this item is sole source to RTSC, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The subject items require Government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support repair via full and open competition. Only the source previously approved by the Government for repair of these items will be solicited. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVICP Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair. This brochure identifies technical data required to be submitted based on your companys experience in repair of the same or similar items. This brochure can be obtained at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/public/navsup/home/ or by calling the NAVSUP WSS POC listed above. If your request for source approval is currently being evaluated at NAVSUP WSS, submit with your offer a copy of the cover letter that forwarded your request for source approval. Offers received which fail to provide all data required by the Source Approval Brochure or document previous submission of all data required by the Source Approval Brochure will not be considered for award under this solicitation. Please note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and/or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time to meet Government requirements, award of the subject requirement may continue based on Fleet support needs. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
