- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Portable Latrine Service in Area IV, South Korea This requirement is for base year plus four (4) one-year additional years. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal service necessary to perform Portable Latrine Service for Military Exercise in Area IV, South Korea in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
