- RFI for Information Technology (IT) Transformation, Modernization and Operational Support Services (TMOSS) at GAO. The Government Accountability Office (GAO) is requesting information to identify information, experiences and expertise in support of IT transformation, modernization, software development, operations and maintenance services. It is GAO's intention to solicit input from the vendor community to help shape a planned acquisition. This acquisition will determine our IT-provider support vehicles and vendors for the next five years.
