- The Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) contract is a single-award, no-cost contract to provide a vendor-operated system for discounted prescription medication coverage for eligible U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) federal employees who sustain a traumatic injury at work. The PBM contractor will receive an exclusive business relationship through the award of this contract as consideration for providing services as described in Section C, Statement of Work and in Attachment J001, PBM Service Agreement.
