Description

Sea of Dreams Special Notice Commander Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) is hosting the second Sea of Dreams meeting. Sea of Dreams 2018 is a classified technical interchange meeting planned for March 12-13, 2018, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. DARPA, through the Cross Domain Maritime Surveillance and Targeting (CDMaST) program is again partnering with PACFLT to expand the technical dialogue of the interchange meetings. The purposes of the meeting are: • Allow potential technology solution providers an opportunity to understand U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) warfighting context and concept of operations (CONOPS) as well as associated operational and technology challenges. • Demonstrate the capability of the DARPA CDMaST Experimentation Environment to explore technologies and CONOPs in a live, virtual, and constructive fashion and interact with attendees to understand how their capabilities could be employed in the Experimentation Environment. • Provide an opportunity for one-on-one discussions with PACFLT staff, DARPA CDMaST government team, and fellow meeting attendees.
