- This solicitation is for the requirement of the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ISO 9001 Certifying Compliance and Registration/Audit Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD) Region. Note: One award will be made from this RFQ. The basis for award will be lowest price. This procurement is being advertised as full and open. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)." Central Contractor Registration, EPLS, ORCA, and FedReg are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.sam.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.232-33, 252.204-7004, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM. PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users.
