- Description
- The objective of this contract is to retain a title company (hereinafter the “contractor”) to provide title services in connection with foreclosures without deficiency judgments related to Section 502 (Single Family Housing) debts to the United States of America, United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development. The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Contractor shall provide the personnel, facilities, materials, and technical expertise to provide Title Services. USDA, Rural Development retains the right to determine the cases to be assigned under this agreement, and may elect not to use title services for all cases handled during the term of the agreement.
