- SOLICITATION NO. 47PC0318R0002 The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service, Design and Construction Division is pleased to announce Request for Proposal (RFP) for the General Construction Services for the Elevator Modernization at the Ted Weiss Federal Building, 290 Broadway, New York, New York. THIS SOLICITATION IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPEITION. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. Interested offerors please see attached solicitation file packages. A Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled to be held at 1:00pm on December 19, 2017 on the 30th Floor, Room #3, Ted Weiss Federal Building, 290 Broadway, New York, NY. Check-in begins at 12:30pm. Please contact Sebastian Asaro at sebastian.asaro@gsa.gov Lisa Zalar at lisa.zalar@gsa.gov to register. Requests for Information (RFI) concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents must be submitted by 2:00PM/EST on Friday, December 22nd, 2017. RFIs should be submitted in by e-mail to lisa.zalar@gsa.gov with a cc to sebastian.asaro@gsa.gov. Please note the solicitation number in the subject field of your email. Some of the soliciatation documents are Sensitive But Unclassified. To access these documents, your company must request access through the FBO.gov website.
