- Justification and Approval NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to Stens Corporation. Stens Corporation will be providing NeXus Mark II BlueTooth/USB 10 Channel processing (1 Ea), NX-BVP1C-Blood volume/Pulse sensor (1 Ea), NX-RSP1A-Respiration sensor (Ea), NX-TMP1A-Temperature sensor (1 Ea), NX-GSR1D-Galvanic Skin Response sensor (1 Ea), Cart for holding the system, printer, laptop, screen (2 Ea), NX-REF1-EXG Snap reference cable (1 Ea), NX-Linked Ear cables for 4-Channel Z Score (2 Ea), SW-Z Score 4-Channel (1 Ea), NX-Aluminum carrying case (1 Ea), Cart for holding the system, printer, laptop, screen (1 Ea), Tony Hughes NeXus Biofeedback Lab manual (1 Ea), Data Acquisition (1 Ea), NX-Extra Battery Pack for MKII (1 Ea), Stens Bluetrodes AgAgCl (60 count) (1 Ea), 4630 Moveable Pregelled disposable electrodes, 6 on-a-strip, snaps, 150/bag (1 Ea), Cohesive Wrap Tape case of 12 ( 1 Ea), NuPrep Electrode Paste (3 pack) (1 Ea), Ten/20 Electrode Paste 4oz (3 pack) (1 Ea), 5-day Professional Biofeedback Cert. Program (2 Eda), Year Subscription to the NeXus Users Group (1 Ea), REPEAT within 18 months the EEG or Biofeedback workshop AS AN ASSISTANT (1 Ea). This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 3 January 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 2 January 2018 at 9 AM Mountain Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 2 January 2018 at 9 AM Mountain Standard Time.
