- RJAF Update 332 AEW Vetting Request and The purpose of Amendment 02 for W912ER-18-R-0004 for this pre-solicitation is for the following: - Extend the due date for submission of forms below from December 18th 2017 to 27 December 2017 4:00 P.M EST. - Request all past and future potential bidders to submit or resubmit (if previously submitted) the updated attached forms (Vetting Request form and updated RJAF form) according to the following: Jordanian Citizenship: 1- Fill the attached spread sheet (Filled Spread sheet and provide it digitally) 2- Fill the attached form and provide it as PDF file (the form must be typed not hand written) 3- Provide a copy of ID 4- Provide copy of the passport 5- Provide copy of Family book 6- Provide a picture For all non-Jordanian (any other Citizenship): 1- Fill the attached spread sheet (Filled Spread sheet to provide it digitally) 2- Provide copy of the passport - No more than two (2) representatives and they won't be changed. The request forms will be due 27 December 2017. Interested parties shall provide completed access request forms via email to Mr. Sherif Rizk, Sherif.W.Rizk@usace.army.mil AND Essam.f.Guirguis@usace.army.mil. The mail shall be titled "W912ER-18-R-0004 Site Inspection - Clearance Request".
