- The San Antonio Military Medical Center, Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, has a requirement for Contractor provided HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen) Type Referral testing services for the Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The base period of performance is 1 April 2018 - 30 September 2018, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511, Medical Laboratories. This NAICS code has a size standard of 32.5 Million. The solicitation number is W81K00-18-T-0003.
