- Wage Grade Provisions SOW Wheelchairs SOW Tabletop Sanitizer SOW SPO2 Monitors SOW Exam Tables SOW Ventilators SOW ER IV Pumps SOW 12 Lead Heart Monitor SF-18 IEE This is a combined synopsis/soloicitation for various medical equipment conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is: 18-239-SOL-00008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form at http:/www.arnet.gov/far. The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for various medical equipment. There are multiple Scope of Work (SOW documents attached.information is on attached Scope of Work (SOW) for the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service. Delivery/Ship to location: The Red Lake Indian Hospital, located in Red Lake, Minnesota. POC for this buy is Christopher.Millard@IHS.gov This is a 100% Indian Owned Small Business Set aside Basis for award: It is possible that the Government may award multiple awards from this solicitation resulting from the responsible offerors whose proposal represents lowest acceptable cost. Proposals shall contain the offerors best pricing. The Government intends to evaluate and award with no discussion. The Government reserves the right to make no awards as a result of this solicitation The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with the size standard of 1000. **All proposals are to be submitted via e-mail to Christopher.Millard@IHS.gov.
