- Amendment No. 0001 to Solicitation No. N6339418R0003 Attachment 2 - Past Performance Questionnaire Exhibit A - CDRLs A001-A010 Solicitation No. N6339418R0003 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a contract to procure, fabricate, assemble, and deliver Single Module Junction Box Mod 14 part number 7104280-149 and associated equipment for the Vertical Launching System (VLS) to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division. This requirement supports new launcher production efforts. This is a new requirement and will be built to print in accordance with a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. This procurement is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Concerns eligible under the WOSB Program. Offers received from concerns that are not WOSB concerns eligible under the WOSB program will not be considered. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract based on "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)" source selection considering Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price. Instructions to access TDP : The TDP associated with this requirement is labeled Distribution D, which means distribution is authorized to the DoD and DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.
