- Solicitation docs The contractor shall provide all required personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to verify that Blount Island Command (BICmd) has met the requirements in ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 14001-2004 certification. Both programs, Marine Corp Support Facility Blount Island and Blount Island Command, need two surveillances every year and re-certification every three years. The contractor shall assist the organization in transition from ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Contractors must submit a copy of their accreditation certificates for ISO 17021 by an accreditation body that is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) whose scope of membership includes management system certification; the ISO 17021 certificates must include both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
