- Courtroom C & E Drawings Courtroom A Drawings US Courts Design Guide Q&A SF30 Continuation Page SF30 RFP A001 - See attachments for details. ********************************************************************* The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Proposal (RFP) firm fixed price construction contract for installation of A/V components, equipment, and supporting systems; and furnishing of jury chairs and carpet. See attached Statement of Work and attachments for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) under NAICS 236220 (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $200,000 and $350,000. The contractor shall p rovide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to design and install infrastructure requirements for upgrading audio/visual equipment in three courtrooms per Attachment 1. See tasks that require execution by "GSA Team". All tasks to be installed by AV Contractor are NOT associated with this contract. All work under this contract will be performed at the United States District Court located at Tacoma Union Station (TUS), 1717 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98402. A Site Visit is scheduled for November 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Offerors are encouraged to attend the Site Visit; meeting place will be the main lobby of TUS located at the Pacific Avenue entrance. Please send your firm's notice to attend the Site Visit to both craigs.thomas@gsa.gov AND matt.chaison@gsa.gov at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Site Visit. The date for issuing the solicitation is November 20, 2017 and receipt of proposals is December 22, 2017 and completing contract performance 180 days after notice to proceed. The technical exhibits will be available for inspection without charge thru the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation are available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Interested parties must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive a Government contract award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive an award.
