- LSJ In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) single source, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), intendsto issue an order on a Sole Souce basis to GE Grid Solutions of Melbourne, Florida, for EnterNet Suite. This is an interface to the GE SCADA Energy Management System (EMS) software. This is not a request for competitive proposal/quotes. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated prodict may submit supporting documents demonstratingcapability and past performance. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
