- Justification & Approval NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION: The Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Operational Command and Control Contracting Office (AFLCMC/HBBK), intends to award a sole source contract to 4 Star Technologies Inc. 4 Star Technologies will be providing Forcepoint v8.3.2 Training. The anticipated award date is the end of December 2017. Please note this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the training listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 28 December 2017 at 12PM Eastern Standard Time to Matthew Smith at Matthew.Smith.96@us.af.mil
