REQUEST FORA SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support ofMarketResearch being conducted by the Defense LogisticsAgency to identify potentialmanufacturing/supply sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for SmallBusiness.The proposed North American IndustryClassificationSystems (NAICS)Code is 336413 which has a corresponding SizeStandard of 1,250 employees. This SSS is to notify companies that the DefenseLogistics Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is seeking qualified sources for the acquisition of ACCUMULATOR, HYDRAULIC, NSN: 1650-01-2058155, Part Number 7-211810014-3 in support of theAPACHE weapon system. Contract specialist is Trudy Pryga, and can be reached at trudy.pryga@dla.mil This partmust be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source controlor selected itemdrawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. As a result, this acquisition is currently beingprocured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only a limited number of responsible sources. TheGovernment is interested in all businesses to include8(a), small business andsmall disadvantaged business,Service-DisabledVeteran-Owned,Hubzone,andWomen-Owned small business concerns. Allcontractorsmustmeetprequalificationrequirements in order to be registeredas a potential source. Firms that possess the ability and can produce the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
