- SPE30018RX005 SOI SPE30018RX005 SOW SPE30018RX005 1449 Solicitation SPE300-18-R-X005 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense ("DoD") customers in Kentucky Fort Campbell. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IDPO with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The IDPO period of performance is expected to be from February 25, 2018 to December 22, 2018, not to exceed $150,000, whichever occurs first. The solicitation contains one (1) group: Group I - Requirements for Milk and Other Dairy Items Kentucky Fort Campbell Anticipated solicitation issue date is December 13, 2017. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com.
