- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company, Fullerton, California, for FY19-23 requirements for Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) production. The contract will procure up to twenty-three (23) JPALS units, spare line-replaceable units, and associated equipment for use in testing, initial fleet use, and system integration laboratory activities. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source'.
