- Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Hazardous Waste Management Services at VA VISN 2 Upstate NY Medical Centers (listed below) under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ solicitation for this requirement on or about January 2, 2018 and posting to FBO.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. VetBiz registration is required for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. NAICS Code is 562211 (Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal) with a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5M. The classification code is S222. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Small Business set-aside.
