- This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals to replace the Keller Ferry Marina Dock System at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area, WA. This amendment is necessary to announce the following: (1) The site visit notes and Q&A would normally be made available within three days of the site visit date, however, National Park Service's acquisition system is unavailable for about a week, which will delay the notes from being posted. Look for another amendment on/about December 28, 2017, that will have the site visit notes attached. (2) Contractors/Interested Parties must submit all questions by 2pm (PST) on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, and (3) The response date for when proposals are due is changed to January 5, 2018. Standard Form 30, Amendment 0001, is incorporated into this solicitation as Attachment no. 13. Proposals are still due by 5pm (PST) on January 5, 2018. REMINDER OF PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT ON 12/14/17: An organized pre-proposal site visit is scheduled to occur on December 14, 2017 at 1pm (Pacific Time), meeting at the Keller Ferry Marina. There is not a physical address for the marina site itself, however, you can find the marina via a map app or map website by searching "Keller Ferry Marina, WA," or follow these driving directions: 1. Take US-2 West toward Davenport/Creston/Wilbur (travel for 59 miles), 2. Travel through Davenport and Creston toward Wilbur, 3. Travel through the town of Wilbur, 4. Turn right onto WA-21 N (signs for WA-174/Republic Grand Coulee Dam) (travel for.6 miles), 5. Turn right to stay on WA-21 N toward Keller Ferry Marina. (travel for 13 miles), and 6. Destination will be on your left - follow signs for Marina. Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area staff attending the site visit will be Hoa Lam (engineer) and Ron Sacchi (Chief of Facilities Management). Hoa and Ron will briefly introduce the project, and then conduct a walk-thru of the project site. Please be prepared for rain or other inclement weather.
