- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6685-01-251-1517, Indicator, Humidity. The approved sources are: Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE 04939, under part number 717801987-001; and AGM Container Controls, Inc., CAGE 08992, under part number TA397-1383. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 200 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 154 days ARO. FOB origin; Inspection/Acceptance at destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
