- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial solicitation, set-aside for Small Business vendors, to provide rental of dust mop covers and mop heads at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita, KS. See Statement of Work in solicitation for details and an equipment list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812332 and the small business size standard is $38.5M. The solicitation number will be 36C25518Q0133. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for a period of one (1) year, with option to renew four (4) additional one year periods. Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about December 14, 2017. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be December 22, 2017 at 3P.M. Central Standard Time. Submission of quotes should be emailed to Contracting Specialist, Daniel Thomas at Daniel.Thomas6@va.gov. Questions will be accepted at the same email until December 20, 2017 at 3P.M. Central Standard Time.
