- This Request for Information (RFI) is to gather interest and community knowledge in the use of the Other Transaction Authority under 10 USC 2371b in order to help further develop the Government's description and subsequent Program Announcement for the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP). This is not a Request for Proposals and is only for planning purposes. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The attached RFI contains the requirement, scope, and information requested. The responses are due on 05 January 2018. Instructions in the attached RFI explain the details on the information requested and submission requirements.
