- Amendment 0001 HHSF223-Q-1192737 Answers to Questions for HHSF223-Q-1192737 ******************************************************************* The purpose of this amendment:0001 is to do the following: 1.) Provide responses to questions via attachment labeled: "Answers to Questions for HHSF223-Q-1192737." 2.) Changes to the RFQ are highlighted in yellow in attachment labeled "Amendment 0001 HHSF223-Q-1192737." 3.) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ******************************************************************** The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a need to procure; One (1) tank (240 L) of Liquid Nitrogen per delivery every 7 days after contract award; One (1) tank (240L) of Liquid Helium per delivery every 6 months after contract award; and related gas tank rental to maintain the operation of its nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) instrument. Gas tank rentals are associated with the delivery of liquid nitrogen and liquid helium supplied by the vendor.
