- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Lark Engineering Company. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: 0001 BANDPASS FILTER P/N: XMC30.5-30-8AA Qty: 12 Each 0002 BANDPASS FILTER P/N: XMC160.5-30-9AA Qty:12 Each 0003 BANDPASS FILTER P/N: 5SD1575-40-6AA Qty: 10 Each 0004 BANDPASS FILTER P/N: 5SD1227-40-6AA Qty: 10 Each This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government NOT TO COMPETE based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the business size standard is 750 Employees.
