- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security Headquarters (DHSHQ) requires the assistance of a contractor to perform basic occupational medical services and first aid at its Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC). The services shall be conducted in accordance with requirements established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) First Aid Standard (Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations 1910.151) and the Department of Homeland Security Workplace Health and Wellness Program Directive, and shall include both treatment and prevention.
