- Page 1 of 2 DESCRIPTION: The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 2 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the items listed below for delivery to the JJ Peters VA; Bronx, NY 10468. DESCRIPTION: Stryker Allowrap DS Amniotic Membrane The Product Code is 6510, Surgical Dressing Materials, the NAICS code appropriate for this solicitation is 339113 Surgical and Medical Supplies. All responsible SDVOSB and / or VOSB sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the completed RFQ via email to: jacquline.lewis@va.gov. Emails must contain the subject line: Allowrap to be considered. Emails without the appropriate subject line will be dismissed. A solicitation package 36 C 242- 18-Q-0152 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about December 14, 2017, and will close on December 20, 2017 (1700 Eastern time) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. Product specifications will be contained within the RFQ along with other additional requirements for RFQ response This will be posted as a SDVOSB/VOSB set-aside. Vendors submitting bids must be registered in SAM.gov and Vetbiz.gov Do not bid on items you cannot supply by date needed. VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND CAN PROVIDE ITEM QUOTED.
