- Presolicitation Attachment 1 Solicitation SPE4AX-18-R-0001 may result in one or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC). The RFP contains market basket of 18 NSNs, primarily FSC 1560 which are listed in Attachment 1 to this notice. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside solicitation for fully competitive items. The period of performance for the contract will be a 3-year base period with two 1-year option periods, total of possible 5 years. The items listed may require engineering source approval, First Article Testing, and some are Critical Safety Items. Specific requirements to include Inspection/Acceptance, FOB, and estimated annual quantities, along with the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be stated in the solicitation. Evaluation and award will be done on a line by line basis. All offers that qualify under the terms of the set-aside will be considered. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around December 27, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available.
