- Acid Flush Solution Acid Flush Solution, Aerosol The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide Acid Flush Solution, Aerosol. IFB FQ18078/LP. Your bid must be received with all required submittals as stated in the IFB, no later than 2:00P.M. local time on January 03, 2018, at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 301-A, Washington, DC 20001-2651. Please submit all questions to Lydia Pepper via email at lpepper@wmata.com. no later than Close of Business December 18, 2017. WMATA will provide written answers, by e-mail to all those who obtain the IFB and provide their e-mail addresses.
