Document uploaded for readability Introduction: The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Rocky Mountain Region 8 on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Denver VAMC Warehouse, intends to negotiate with Restorative Therapies, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106. The NAICS Code is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 1,250 employees. The Product/Service Code is 6525 Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary. GSA anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for this requirement. Response Request: Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed in Description of Requirement may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations/proposals or bids. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If competitive procedures are not used it is estimated that an award will be issued by 12/29/2017.
