- ATTACHMENT 1 - REVISION - Jack Stand Tester Salient Characteristics SF30 FA441918T0100001 Amendment Jack Stand Tester The 97th Contracting Flight hereby issues the following combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented, with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This requirement is 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation number FA441918T0100 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 336413 with an employee size standard of 1,250. Please ensure the vendor's SAM information is up to date, active, and reflects the business size under NAICS CODE 336413. Your SAM information has to be correct to be eligible for award.
