Description

The purpose of this FBO posting is for informational purposes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, VA Healthcare System has determined that it is in the best interest of the government to award to Simplex Grinnell, LP. They are located at 4700 Exchange CT Ste 300, Boca Raton, FL 33431. No one else can provide this service. The contractor has proprietary rights being the original manufacturer (OEM) of the Fire Alarm Panel model #Simplex 4100U, its software, and the only authorized service to perform maintenance and repair services on the equipment. Manufacturer does not have any authorized vendors or field technicians to provide competition. Contract GS-06F-0054N Category 561 001 is applicable. Award will be processed to cover timespan December 20, 2017 thru December 19, 2018 with ultimate completion date being December 19, 2021.
