- Description
- Commander Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC) has a requirement for FieldFox Microwave Analyzers for its Submarine Surveillance Equipment Program (SSEP). The analyzers are required to establish a baseline configuration of submarine periscopes and electronic warfare suites in support of COMSUBPAC ™s national security mission. In order to meet Naval Undersea Warfare Center ™s (NUWC) standards, COMSUBPAC is required to conduct certification testing of its equipment. In order to conduct proper tests, COMSUBPAC requires microwave analyzers manufactured by a source different than the OEM of their systems. The FieldFox Microwave Analyzer is manufactured by Keysight Technologies, Inc., a large business, and is the only approved source of SSEP certification equipment. Delivery order N0060418F4004 off of GSA contract GS-07F-280AA was awarded to Keysight Technologies, Inc., on 13 December 2017 under a limited sources justification. Please see LSJ attached.
