- The purpose of this Amendment is to provide the Government responses to questions and formally incorporate into solicitation W911QY-18-R-IM. The proposal due date has NOT been extended and remains 16 December 2017. Acknowledgement of Amendments is required as shown below and must be included in the submission of the proposal. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: The offeror acknowledges receipt of amendments to the synopsis solicitation numbered and dated as follows: AMENDMENT NO. DATE 01 12 December 2017 02 12 December 2017 The above amendment section must be filled-out in the event that an Amendment(s) is sent to the offeror or posted to www.fbo.gov and must be returned with the RFP package. The following is hereby incorporated and made part of solicitation W911QY-18-R-IM: 1. How many training classes are required? That would depend on the complexity of the system. Sufficient training so that at the end of 5 years the government would be able to handle the job internally. 2. Should pricing be reflective of one site, not including travel? One site at Ft Belvoir, all costs should be included in the cost estimate. 3. How many end users per location will require access to the system? Unlimited Army access is required 4. Who / where will the inventory management system be hosted (Government or Contractor)? The cost of hosting a system, if needed, should be included in the proposal. The final hosting will depend on the requirements, support, security of the system. 5. Will the Government require follow on Help Desk Support? This should be a 5 year IDIQ contract, all tasks required for this effort should be included in the RFP 6. Will the inventory management system require wireless integration and mobile computers/ barcode readers for inventory control? All tasks required for this effort should included in the RFP, any additional equipment that is needed should be included in the cost estimate.
